Business Process Reengineering

Noldex performs its business process reengineering services on the basis of group techniques and its SYSMO methodology together with its competent colleagues with client-related experiences. Developing the optimized to-be processes and the new division of labour, collecting, systematizing, and defining the problems is built on surveying and analysing the client’s as-is business and administration processes in order to increase efficiency or prepare for the implementation of an integrated IT system.

Noldex applies the ARIS Toolset software solution as a tool for business process reengineering, which enables us to analyse, document and accurately define the complex business processes of the company in a transparent way through models. The methodology of reshaping business processes is primarily built on the BPR technology and the SYSMO methodology.
